Senior Principal Software Engineer / Lead Engineer - Adtech/Martech

What You'll Do

• Drive Engineering Leadership: Lead the evolution of Adentro’s Adtech/Martech stack, including developing a robust semantic layer for self-service analytics and enabling business insights.
• Build Modern Adtech Solutions: Architect scalable front-end and back-end systems to improve product accessibility, usability, and reliability.
• Lead and Mentor: Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the engineering team, mentoring junior engineers and implementing best practices.
• Governance and Observability: Establish governance frameworks to enhance the quality, security, and compliance of our platform. Implement observability practices for proactive monitoring and optimization.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with product, marketing, and business teams to align technical solutions with organizational goals.
• Manage Infrastructure: Design, implement, and maintain data pipelines, ETL processes, and scalable architecture for data integration into our corporate data warehouse.
• Project Oversight: Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables to ensure timely and high-quality outcomes.

What You Have

• 8+ years of experience in technical roles, including 4+ years of leading complex engineering projects.
• Deep knowledge of end-to-end data lifecycle, including cloud-first data strategies, data modeling, and semantic layer development.
• Proficiency in Golang, Scala, Python, Kafka, and front-end development (ReactJS a plus).
• Experience with databases and BI tools such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Snowflake, and Mode.
• Proven track record of designing scalable, high-performance systems.
• Strong knowledge of system design, application architecture, and documentation best practices.
• Passion for mentoring and fostering team growth.
• Familiarity with AWS and cloud-based solutions.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

Bonus Points

• Experience in Adtech or Martech domains.
• Familiarity with Generative AI, LLMs, and AI-powered software agents.
• Formal experience as an engineering lead or architect.
