Senior Engineering Manager

As a Senior Engineering Manager, you will bring your rich technical and leadership experience in driving a team of 2-3 scrum teams. The overall span of the team would be 12-20 and would be the front-line manager role, to start with. As a senior leader, you will work closely with multiple principal engineers, mentor and coach engineers. You will not only drive impactful business outcomes but also take part actively in driving the technical architecture. As a seasoned leader, you will bring in world-class engineering excellence and operational excellence. You’ll also thrive in a challenging and growing business environment that has ambiguity, multiple global dependency footprints, and diverse stakeholders.

• Experience in leading large development teams directly

• Experience in developing platforms and products in a SaaS world

• Strong technical experience and a passion for getting involved in the details

• Familiarity with agile software development methodologies

• Ability to drive technical excellence, pushing innovation, quality, and operational excellence

• Strong organization and communication skills

• Driving clarity from single-line requirements and providing direction in an ambiguous environment

• A track record of strong execution and delivering results

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in defining strategic roadmaps for products and platforms

• Experience with distributed development teams

• Continuous delivery with a strong bias for action
