Expert-level fullstack proficiency, with strong command of both frontend (TypeScript/React/Javascript/Html/CSS) and backend (Kotlin/Java) technologies

Strong backend engineering experience building and operating scalable, high-availability services and APIs

Experience architecting and building large-scale distributed systems, with a solid grasp of scale, performance, cost, and reliability trade-offs

Experience with event-driven or streaming architectures and high-throughput data pipelines

Experience with modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React)

Experience with modern testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, playwright, Cypress)

Expertise building shared libraries and components used across multiple web applications

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts and trade-offs to a wide range of audiences, from engineers to senior stakeholders
