Loom Core Product is on a mission to create a product individuals and teams love and can’t live without. You will help us achieve this by delivering our strategy to create a cohesive video platform critical for knowledge workers, capturing knowledge in the flow of work. We aim to innovate with AI-led bets across the core creation and editing journey, lower the barrier to entry by introducing screenshots and meeting recordings, and distribute effectively through seamless packaging, sharing, and consumption. This approach will lead to a flywheel effect between ASYNC Looms, Meeting Recordings, Screenshots, and more, ultimately enhancing the user experience and making Loom an indispensable tool for every knowledge worker.

We are seeking an engineering leader with a strong product mindset, capable of driving technical decisions that align with business goals and customer needs. The ideal candidate will balance engineering excellence with a deep understanding of user experience, ensuring scalable, innovative, and impactful solutions. As a bar raiser, you will demonstrate excellence in a dynamic agile environment, continuously improving workflows to maximize velocity and business impact. Your empathetic nature will establish you as an exceptional communicator and listener, enabling you to inspire and lead the Core Product team with confidence while collaborating effectively across functions to deliver high-quality products.

Compensation

At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:

Zone A: $239,000 - $318,600

Zone B: $215,100 - $286,700

Zone C: $198,300 - $264,400

This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
