Application Systems Analyst II - Oracle Cloud and Veradigm POU
Location: Morristown, NJ, United States
The Application Systems Analyst II is a full-time position within the FINANCE and SUPPLY CHAIN Team of Atlantic Health’s Information Services & Support (ISS) Department. The position has responsibility for the technical support of Oracle Cloud FIN and SCM extracts and integrations between Oracle, Epic, and the Veradigm Point-of-Use (POU) systems. Functional knowledge of Finance and Supply Chain operations is essential. The work is accomplished in a team environment and requires excellent problem solving and communication skills with a high level of professionalism.
Responsibilities:
- Analyzes workflows, system details and technical issues associated with the applications supported
- Analyzes new functionality and makes recommendations to the business related to implementation and changes to the system
- Troubleshoots problems and questions from end users
- Interfaces with key IT, business and operations staff to assist in the development of efficient workflows.
- Participates in testing system enhancements as needed
- Collaborates with team to solve complex problems and develops solutions to tasks or projects which may be unique, using judgment and initiative.
- Engages expert resources when needed and escalates appropriately
- Available to work on an on-call basis for system upgrades, go lives and departmental needs
