Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Architect to join our team in KSA. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will oversee all aspects of architectural site operations, ensuring that designs are implemented to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. You will collaborate closely with project managers, contractors, and consultants to achieve successful project outcomes.

Your role

• Leading individual schemes and taking them through from inception to completion.
• Inspiring the team to create projects that are innovative and creative in their response to the client brief.
• Preparing concept scheme designs from Client briefs.
• Lead / Design Manage multi-disciplinary teams in the preparation of production information and working drawing packages through to Information to Construction (IFC) stage. Post IFC experience / site experience would be an advantage.
• Support in securing new business opportunities including bid writing, undertaking presentations to clients/project stakeholders.
• Leading a small team of architects/assistants to deliver projects through all RIBA stages.
• Client and stakeholder facing responsibilities.
• Mentoring young staff members.

About you

• Qualified Architect with 5-10 years post qualification experience.
• A good communicator able to present to others, including clients and external stakeholders on projects.
• Thorough understanding of multiple sector design standards, current regulations in KSA / UAE / Middle East.
• A high level of design experience, demonstrated through a portfolio of projects.
• An proficient designer with exceptional presentation skills.
• Experience of working in residential, hospitality, commercial sectors. Defence and transportation experience would be an advantage.
• Experience of leading mid to large scale projects, including leading multi-disciplinary design teams, including reviewing the work of others.
• Capable of working and completing tasks independently as well as demonstrating strong teamwork skills.
• Supporting wider design teams on projects, bids and work-winning activities
• Able to present information clearly to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficient in REVIT / BIM, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite and Sketchup. Working knowledge of AI visualisation suite(s).
• Able to draw ‘free hand’ sketches and illustrate to a high level.
