As Program Director, Financial Systems, you will play a critical leadership role in delivering the One ERP vision and shaping the future of financial systems at AtkinsRéalis. Working at the intersection of Finance, IT, and Operations, you will drive integration, innovation, and optimization across a complex global ERP ecosystem, enabling scalable growth and operational excellence.

Your Role

• Lead the global One ERP integration roadmap and oversee onboarding of all entities to Oracle EBS
• Deliver end-to-end program execution across Finance, IT, operations, data, and change initiatives
• Drive alignment with the global ERP template to ensure scalable and standardized integrations
• Partner with leadership to execute the multi-year Financial Systems roadmap and key ERP initiatives
• Establish governance frameworks and align stakeholders across Finance, IT, and business units
• Ensure delivery excellence through planning, risk management, and issue resolution
• Promote continuous improvement, system optimization, and long-term value realization

About You

• Ability to lead complex ERP transformation programs at an enterprise level
• Proficiency in collaborating with Finance and IT leadership in global environments
• Aptitude for governance, stakeholder alignment, and structured decision-making
• Ability to operate effectively in a global, matrixed organization
• Bilingualism (French and English) *

* Member of the Canadian or Global Leadership Team: This position requires knowledge of a language other than French, namely English, as it involves collaboration with members of the Canadian or global leadership team located outside Québec.
