Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Principal Advanced Analytics for our Mid-Markets Business organization. This individual will be at the forefront of data-driven decision making and optimizing our B2B channel strategy.

Leverage advanced analytics methodologies to analyze complex business problems and deliver insightful, practical, and actionable recommendations. Utilize predictive models and machine learning algorithms to uncover insights into trends, profitability, and LTV in our Mid-Markets segment. Develop and implement business opportunity models to identify and quantify potential competitive growth areas within the Mid-Markets segment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate findings into strategic initiatives that will drive business growth. Promote data-driven decision making across the company by presenting data insights and recommendations to stakeholders. Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and security of data by following policies and procedures regarding data handling and analysis.

Qualifications:

Education: Preferred Masters degree from an accredited University in a Quantiative field of study such as Data Science, Math, Statistics, Engineering or Physics. Proven experience in advanced analytics, data science, or a similar role. Strong knowledge of predictive modeling, machine learning, and data mining techniques. Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, Python, R, or SAS. Proficiency in data visualization tools such as PowerBI and Tableau. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex findings into understandable business terms. Strong problem-solving abilities and an innovative approach to tackling challenges.
