Overview:

As a member of the AT&T Device Architecture Performance team, you'll be at the forefront of enhancing the performance of our next-generation wireless network and devices. This role is crucial in elevating the customer experience by leveraging cutting-edge technologies and data analytics. You'll work collaboratively with diverse teams to innovate and implement solutions that push the boundaries of what's possible in wireless communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize in-depth knowledge of end-to-end (E2E) wireless networks (Device, RAN, and Core) to identify and address performance bottlenecks.
• Apply advanced data analytics and/or software engineering principles to improve network and/or device performance.
• Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills in tackling complex technical challenges.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, with a strong curiosity for emerging technologies such as Cloud services and AI/ML, and quickly integrate these into viable performance-enhancing solutions.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, maintaining effective communication and partnership to deliver commitments to the business on time and on quality.

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience performing network product engineering assignments, including design, development, documentation and testing of network hardware, firmware, or software products or systems.

A Lead Product Development Engineer earns between $143,800.00 - $215,800.00 USD, annually. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
