Join us at AstraZeneca, a world-leading Pharmaceutical company operating in over 100 countries. We are seeking a Senior Engineer for our large infrastructure support and maintenance function. This role is an opportunity to gain user adoption and create customer loyalty by assisting with the implementation of JAMF products, features, and workflows. You will provide setup assistance and training for new or existing users on complex topics that may require environmental customizations.

Accountabilities:

As a Senior Engineer, you will manage and monitor the JAMF Pro server and its components, deploy, configure, and update MAC devices, applications, and settings using JAMF Pro. You will troubleshoot and resolve MAC and JAMF related issues, provide technical support and training to end users and other IT staff on MAC and JAMF related topics. You will also document and maintain the MAC and JAMF policies, procedures, and best practices.

Essential Skills/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 6 to 9 years Operational experience in Windows & MAC OS

• Experience in managing Incidents, Problems, changes and capacity management aspects.

• Demonstrated ability handling large number of incidents via any ITSM tool

• Flexibility to work in shifts on rotational basis covering EMEA and ASIAPAC regions 24*7

• Strong knowledge of macOS and Apple hardware configuration, deployment, and management

• Deep understanding of the JAMF Pro platform, including policy creation, software deployment, and inventory management

• Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently to resolve technical issues.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Apple certifications such as Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) or JAMF Certified

• Experience with scripting languages

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree

• Understanding of the JAMF Pro platform, including policy creation, software deployment, and inventory management

• Engineering level of experience in Windows & Mac OS with respect to managing Incidents, Problems, changes and capacity management aspects

• Experience and ability to work in shifts on rotational basis covering 24*7 support
