This role involves leading the design, development, and deployment of front-end applications, mentoring a team of developers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. Accountabilities:
As a Senior Consultant, you'll be responsible for leading the development and implementation of front-end architecture using ReactJS. You'll provide technical direction to the development team, ensure adherence to best practices, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. You'll also collaborate with project managers to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables, and work closely with back-end developers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders. Additionally, you'll mentor junior developers and foster a collaborative team environment.

Essential Skills/Experience:
- 7 to 9 years of experience in front-end development with a strong focus on ReactJS
- Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and related front-end technologies
- Experience with state management libraries like Redux, Context API, or MobX
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and web services integration
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development
- Experience with front-end build tools like Webpack, Babel, and NPM/Yarn
- Knowledge of modern version control systems, particularly Git
- Proven experience in leading and mentoring development teams
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Knowledge of back-end technologies (Node.js, Express) is a plus
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines is desirable

While not essential, experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies, knowledge of back-end technologies (Node.js, Express), and familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines would be advantageous.
