Accountabilities:
As a Senior Consultant, you will manage end-to-end incidents as per SLA metrics, coordinate with various teams, and provide 24*7 shift support on a rotational basis. You will troubleshoot production issues on AEM websites, configure monitoring tools, and develop new capabilities on the platform as per the roadmap. You will also enhance existing capabilities and perform all enhancement activities in accordance with the system coding standards and guidelines.

Essential Skills/Experience:
- Expert on AEM admin skills and good understanding of Java based application 
- Good Knowledge on Adobe forms
- Good Linux Admin skills
- Expert on Apache web server
- Knowledge on cloud services (knowledge on AWS is preferred)
- Knowledge on Lamda and S3
- Knowledge on Databases
- Good knowledge on DEVOPS tools (CI/CD, Docker,Git,Bitbucket)
- Good knowledge on DNS
- ServiceNow or any ticketing tool knowledge
- Good in ITIL framework 
- Knowledge on Incident and Problem management
- Experience with JAVA RESTful and SOAP-based web services
- Good programming skills in Java and J2EE. Knowledge of and experience with JSP’s, XML/XSL stylesheets, HTML

- Experience on AEM and Adobe forms
- Understanding of Adobe CQ Components (CRX Package Manager, etc.)
