We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager (LMS Quality Lead) to support our learning initiatives. In this role, you will bring your expertise in learning management, content development, and project life cycle management to ensure the quality and operational efficiency of our Learning Management System (LMS).

Accountabilities:

As an LMS Quality Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance standards for the LMS, conducting regular audits, troubleshooting system issues, and working towards process improvement. You will also manage data within the LMS, develop reporting standards, ensure compliance with industry regulations, and collaborate with various stakeholders to align the LMS with organizational learning goals.

Essential Skills/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 8 years of related experience working within Quality
• LMS Domain knowledge
• Experience with all aspects of learning solution development preferred
• Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to organize and prioritize effectively
• Proficiency or ability to gain proficiency in eLearning software
• Effective organization and time management skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, Excel and PowerPoint experience required
• Knowledge of HTML and JavaScript
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design process.
