Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Full Stack Java Developer with hands-on experience in modern web technologies. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across both front-end and back-end development, have exposure to open-source frameworks like OpenKM, and possess strong problem-solving skills. The role involves developing, integrating, and maintaining scalable enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack web applications.

• Develop back-end applications using JAVA / J2EE and master frameworks such as Hibernate and Spring.

• Familiarity with database technology such as Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL.

• Proficiency with fundamental front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, Bootstrap and JavaScript.

• Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, Node.JS, Vue.JS, etc. would be appreciated.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform would be an added advantage.

• Work with open-source frameworks and tools to build scalable and maintainable solutions.

• Integrate applications with databases, APIs, and third-party systems.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, testers, and project managers.

• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.

• Prepare technical documentation and deployment guidelines.

• Develop and execute unit tests and participate in test-driven development practices to ensure code quality and reliability.

• Optimize application performance and implement monitoring solutions to identify and resolve bottlenecks.

• Implement security best practices and conduct vulnerability assessments to protect enterprise applications and data.

Required Technical Skills

Backend Development

• Strong working knowledge of Java

• Experience with REST APIs and microservices architecture

• Understanding of backend frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot or similar)

Frontend Development

• Hands-on experience with React/Angular would be appreciated.

• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS

• Experience with responsive and modern UI development

Programming & Automation

• Experience in scripting, automation, or data handling

Open Source & Tools

• Experience working with open-source frameworks and platforms

• Knowledge of version control systems like Git

• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines is a plus

Database & Integration

• Experience working with relational databases (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, etc.)

• Knowledge of API integration and data exchange formats (JSON, XML)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)

• Experience working with enterprise applications or workflow-based systems

• Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS

• Knowledge of containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Good communication and collaboration abilities

• Ability to work independently and in team environments

• Strong learning attitude and adaptability
