Senior Salesforce Developer
Location: LATAM

Responsibilities
- Build scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, and APIs.
- Lead development from design and coding to testing and deployment.
- Translate business requirements into reliable technical solutions.
- Contribute to Salesforce architecture, data design, and integration strategy.
- Build and maintain integrations with CPQ, NetSuite, DocuSign, Billing, middleware, or custom connectors.
- Manage coding standards, CI/CD, source control, documentation, deployments, and releases.
- Support testing discipline, code reviews, reusable components, performance improvements, and platform governance.
- Act as a Salesforce technical SME for capabilities, optimization, and system governance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience in fast-paced or high-growth environments.
- Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Flows.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ and Salesforce integrations.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model design, and performance optimization.
- Strong ownership, quality focus, and ability to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
- Experience with DevOps tools such as Gearset, Copado, Git, or similar.
