Are you seeking a fast-paced challenging work environment in one of the largest property management companies in Alberta?

We are looking for someone to run our exclusive Preferred Vendor Program. The Vendor Program Manager will be supporting two offices in Calgary. This role is full-time, temporary, providing coverage during a leave of absence. The expected end date will be February 2028, with possibility of an extension. During this term, the Vendor Program Manager would be eligible to apply for any internal, permanent role that may come available.

What does the Vendor Program Manager do?

· Working with and managing people.

· Promoting our program.

· Handling cold calls and managing complaints.

· Experience with software platforms and spreadsheets.

Vendor Relations

· Act as primary vendor contact

· Program support and marketing

· Booking Vendor Lunch & Learns

· Associa Cares Events

· Attend vendor events

· Monitor expression of interest forms for new vendors

· Generate agreements for new vendors joining program (enter details in RM), ensure VendorPM compliance

· Support branch marketing initiatives

Accounting and collections

· Track and manage revenue

· Review invoicing

· Accepting Vendor Payments (cheques, e-transfers)

Revenue management

· Monthly income reporting

· Vendor Channel fee AR

· Present updates at All Staff

Platform management

· Review and track platform usage

· Provide reports to managers and leadership

· Liaise with platform vendor

· Vendor RFP's

Requirements

• A High School graduate with proficient computer skills
• Excellent Customer Service Skills
• Strong computer skills
• A multi-tasker who strives in an ever-changing environment of rental management
• Good at problem solving and dealing with conflict resolutions
• Able to work well alone and also an excellent team player
