Introduction

Are you the Project Manager that successfully manages the Harvesting Operations to support and enable reuse and repair of parts serving Installed Base and Machine builds + refurbs?

Job Mission

Manage the MPS DO Harvesting Operations which will result in re-use and repair of parts and modules. These materials will be used again to serve the installed base of machines and to serve the build and repair of systems within ASML. As the project manager you will organize the harvesting projects from de-installation at the source location until delivery of used or repaired parts into the ASML warehouses, available for next usage.

Job Description

Manage harvesting projects in terms of timing, planning, budget and scope. Manage external stakeholders and suppliers supporting the harvesting operations. Ensure to take the optimal gain out of the systems returning for harvesting. Set-up continuous improvement loop within operations. Develop harvesting operations roadmap and strategy. Manage project planning, project execution, risk management and realize change. Manage internal and external stakeholders. Steer the roadmap and its activities in order to develop and maintain capabilities for harvesting operations.

Education

Bachelor degree in relevant area related to Project Management with 8+ years of working experience as a project manager in cross-sector projects in a multinational environment. Certification in relevant program and/or project area is a pre.

Experience

• Extensive knowledge in managing complex projects in a multinational environment.

• Easy in communication on all levels, familiar with a multinational matrix organization.

• Experience with change management, business sense.

• Experience in harvesting and/or refurbishment manufacturing in semiconductor industry is a pre.

Context of the position

Business Line Mature Products and Services is responsible for the entire installed base of PAS5500 steppers and scanners and TwinScan AT. BL MPS actively scouts the market to acquire PAS and Twinscan systems, which will be refurbished and remarketed.

Within BL MPS, Delivery Operations is driving cost and quality roadmaps, as well as driving Refurbishment of PAS and XT systems, done both in the field/B21 and in Linkou / Twinscan Factory. The position of Project Manager will report to the Manager DO Refurb Operations, based in Veldhoven.

Other Information

Position is based in Hsinchu (TW) and may require up to 5% of international business travel.

This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
