Introduction to the job
This position act as the technical leading role, mainly focus on parts repair request technical intaking from CS, identify failure mode, define repair direction, qualification repair together with CS.
Role and responsibilities
The RDC senior lead engineer will be the main technical intaking person, start from communicate with CS for parts failure mode clarification, translate the CS failure information to parts failure mode, together with RDC optics/electronics/mechatronics lead engineer, identify the failure mode to components level, decide the repair direction. Helping lead engineer with solution development, on site repair feasibility study, on site qualification with CS.
Education and experience
Bachelor or Master Technical University graduate in Electronics, Mechatronics, Physics and Computer engineering etc.
Solid scanner technical experience of all modules. Better with parts/equipment/instrument repair experience.
Skills
Fluent English speaker, good interpersonal communication skill
