Project Management internship (non-thesis): Diversity and Inclusion

Our D&I Program manage multiple projects to drive the diversity and inclusion mission and vision of our leadership and colleagues. Within this D&I program, you will contribute to our approach both in the Netherlands and internationally. 

Your assignment

As an intern within D&I  you will provide project management support to our D&I Program Manager. You will gain program-, project- and change management skills, incl senior stakeholder engagement as well as intensive Diversity and Inclusion knowledge and practical application.

You will be working with our global Diversity & Inclusion Specialists in a small team, while collaborating with and learning from a variety of colleagues and parties. Your tasks will, amongst others, consist of project related administrative tasks, arranging and preparing meetings and off-sites or run and lead (smaller) sub-projects under the program manager's supervision, content creation (presentations and other), raising awareness on D&I through relevant content on our internal channels.

Your profile

To be the perfect match for this internship, you:

• Are a bachelor or master student in a field related to Business Administration or HR, with experience in Project Management related activities;

• Have a passion for people and have a strong interest in Diversity & Inclusion;

• Are proactive, hands on and independent;

• Feel comfortable in a high-tech environment and have a good command of English, as we work within an international community.

This is a bachelor or master apprentice internship for minimum 4 months, 4 days per week (3 days on-site to boost collective creativity and your on-the-job development). The start date is as soon as possible.

Other requirements you need to meet:

• You are enrolled at an educational institute for the entire duration of the internship;

• You need to be located in the Netherlands to be perform your internship. In case you ‘re currently living/studying outside of the Netherlands, your CV/motivation letter includes the willingness to relocate.

• If you are a non-EU citizen, studying in the Netherlands, your university is willing to sign the documents relevant for doing an internship (i.e., Nuffic agreement).
