JD for MongoDb Designer/ architect:
1. 10+ yrs of experience on data modeling and database design
2. Performance monitoring and tuning
3. Experience in query optimization
4. Design and architect for clustered environment
5. Identify applications / solutions that can migrate to NoSQL DB's 6. Experience aggregating generating data summary .
7. Strong knowledge on various mechanism for data security
8. Knowledge on various mongodb libraries and apis for different programming languages and platforms
