Senior Software Product Manager Tech

What You’ll Do:

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for eCommerce platforms and services, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• You'll be working daily with our Software engineering, eCommerce (UX Designers sit on the eComm team), and Marketing teams.
• Prioritize features and backlogs based on customer needs, technical feasibility, and business impact.
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform product decisions.
• Partner with data teams to establish KPIs and track product performance against goals.
• Communicate product updates, roadmaps, and priorities to stakeholders across the organization.
• Gather and synthesize feedback from internal and external users to continuously improve products.
• Manage vendor relationships and third-party integrations critical to the eCommerce ecosystem
• ​​Replatforming Project: Lead the end-to-end delivery of the migration to a composable headless eCommerce platform. This includes planning, execution, and stakeholder management, ensuring a seamless transition with minimal disruption.
• Help build the business case and lead the discovery for the re-platforming.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to evaluate and select headless platform components.
• Define the integration strategy for APIs, middleware, and third-party tools.
• Partner with business teams to migrate content, customer data, and operational workflows.
• Ensure post-launch success by tracking KPIs and resolving any platform-related issues.

• The expected salary is $130,000 to $175,000. The actual base pay can increase beyond this range and will be based on various factors, including transferable skills, training and certifications, work experience, business needs, and market demands.
