IT and Security Manager

This role is office-based and can be performed from Trivandrum, Kerala, India.

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)

• IT Support & Operations
• • Respond to IT helpdesk requests from global personnel.
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes within your region.
  • Manage end-to-end corporate asset lifecycle, including purchasing and tracking of corporate laptops.
  • Execute IT and IT Ops directives while identifying opportunities for process automation.
  • Ensure timely resolution of executive-level IT requests and tickets.
  • Manage and administer a wide range of SaaS products and vendors the company uses.
• Cybersecurity & Compliance
• • Collaborate with Security Managers, Leads, and Engineers to implement and support cybersecurity initiatives.
  • Manage and deploy the organization's SIEM system (experience with Microsoft Sentinel is a plus).
  • Monitor, triage, and respond to security events reported by the SIEM.
  • Assist developers and engineers in resolving security-related tickets within established SLAs.
  • Contribute to vulnerability management efforts and remediation strategies.
  • Support compliance efforts (SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, etc.) and help maintain regulatory compliance.
• Cloud & Infrastructure Security
• • Work with third-party CSPM and cloud security tools (experience in cloud infrastructure security is a plus).
  • Maintain expertise in Microsoft Azure and Azure Networking (DevOps experience is a plus).
  • Knowledge of Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), and AKS is advantageous.
  • Assist in setting up and managing SD-WANs, firewalls, and routers.
• Programming & Automation
• • Utilize programming skills (Python required) to automate IT and security processes.
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities in IT operations.
• Incident Response & On-Call Support
• • Participate in an on-call rotation (minimum once per month) for incident response and escalation.
  • Ensure proper handling of security incidents through the Incident Response System.
• Stakeholder Collaboration & Process Improvement
• • Define and refine IT and security processes in collaboration with managers and stakeholders.
  • Work with HRIS tools such as Rippling (experience is a plus).
