THE TEAM

The mission of the Real Estate Development Integration Department is to ensure the seamless running of the day-to-day Real Estate Development business and initiatives by reducing churn and increasing productivity.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing and our Real Estate Development Integration team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for defining, upholding, and improving the standards of operational excellence across the Real Estate Development team. As a Manager, Real Estate Development Integration, you will support the realization of our largest and most cross-functional projects. Additionally, you will champion the seamless execution of Real Estate Development related activities by leading divisional and departmental priorities, managing lifecycles, initiatives & events, and representing Real Estate Development cross-functionally. THE ROLE

As the Manager, Real Estate Development Integration, you will support the team to:

  • Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience.
  • Identify, evaluate, and plan the resourcing of work in the Real Estate Development Division, ensuring we are working on the right things at the right time.
  • Ensure the most important programs are realized correctly and efficiently.
  • Manage or be the business lead on divisional and cross-functional initiatives and programs.
  • Integrate inputs, learnings, feedback, and infrastructure into and out of the Real Estate Development Division.
  • Provide complete, accurate, and unbiased information to drive informed decisions.
  • Ensure Real Estate Development tools and spaces are functional, organized, and clean to support business needs.
  • Connect, integrate, and organize the Real Estate Development Division.

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Manager, Real Estate Development Integration Department has:

  • Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in lifecycle, initiative, and/or program management.
  • A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
  • The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
  • A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business

THE COMPENSATION

The typical hiring range for this position is $100,000 - $150,000 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience. Additionally, this position may be eligible for bonus.
