About ARIS

At ARIS, we’re on a mission to make construction simple, reliable and scalable — combining deep domain expertise with cutting-edge technology. This isn’t a marketplace or a layer on top of existing systems; we’re building the underlying technology that powers logistics, credit decisions, and compliance at scale.
Our platform runs live operations across 900+ pin codes and supports real-time tracking, automated documentation, and financial decisioning across a large supply chain. Performance, reliability, and correctness matter here.
We believe that technology and product are two sides of the same coin: precision in code and empathy for the end user.

Role Description

We are seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic tech and product team. You will own the design of meaningful features end-to-end across our web and mobile applications — from early problem framing through to polished, shipped interfaces — working closely with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers to take ideas from concept to launch.
This role suits a creative problem-solver with strong design fundamentals and 2–5 years of experience — someone ready to take ownership, work fast, and use AI as a core part of how they design, not just what they design for.

What You’ll Do

As a UI/UX Designer, you will:
  • Design user-centred experiences for web and mobile applications, translating product requirements into clear UX flows, wireframes, and polished, high-fidelity UI.
  • Take complex, data-heavy workflows — multi-step flows, real-time tracking, documentation, and analytics dashboards — and make them clear, elegant, and easy to use.
  • Build interactive prototypes to communicate interaction and behaviour, and pressure-test ideas before they reach engineering.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing, analyse feedback, and identify friction in workflows to iterate toward simpler, better experiences.
  • Partner with Product to define user problems, shape feature direction, and influence the roadmap.
  • Work closely with engineers to understand system architecture and constraints, and deliver designs that ship at high quality.
  • Evolve and maintain our design system and component libraries, ensuring consistency and brand adherence across features and platforms.
  • Actively participate in design discussions, reviews, and critiques — clearly articulating your design decisions and rationale.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–4 years of experience in UX/UI or interaction design, ideally in a product-driven environment.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating structured thinking, end-to-end execution, and complex web or mobile application design.
  • Strong proficiency in Figma; familiarity with tools like Framer is a plus.
  • Hands-on use of the latest gen AI tools as a core part of the design workflow.
  • A solid grasp of user-centred design principles, interaction design, responsive design, and usability testing.
  • Strong visual design sense and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design rationale to cross-functional stakeholders.
  • An ownership mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • A degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Nice to Have

  • Experience designing data-heavy, workflow-driven, or technically sophisticated products.
  • Experience simplifying complex systems for non-technical or semi-technical users.
  • Experience designing for logistics, supply chain, fintech, or other operationally complex domains.
  • Exposure to AI-native products such as intelligent automation, anomaly detection, or computer vision.
