In this role, you’ll apply your expertise to shape early development cycles and influence system engineering, technical roadmaps, and strategies across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform end-to-end functional development: from requirement breakdown and software design to implementation, testing, and verification.
• Specialize in a technical domain such as Vehicle, HMI, Combustion, Engine After-treatment, Electromobility, Powertrain Control, Control Theory, Mechatronics, or Diagnostics.
• Lead system engineering initiatives within technical teams, ensuring quality and readiness before release.
• Drive integration and collaboration, networking across teams and sites to influence project direction.
• Take ownership of early-stage development phases, contributing to technical roadmaps and strategic planning.
• Mentor and support team members, acting as a recognized subject matter expert and coach.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in embedded software applications, with expertise in system engineering and functional development.
• Proven project leadership skills with a strong T-shaped profile, offering both depth in a technical area and a mature generalist skill set.
• Skilled in stakeholder communication, with a track record of contributing to project roadmaps and industry-aligned strategies.
