Job Description
Arηs Group, Part of Accenture, is looking for an experienced Full Stack Technical Team Lead to reinforce a dynamic team. You will lead the development of complex in-house solutions, ensuring technical quality, coaching the team, and driving best practices across the stack.
Role & Responsibilities
- Acting as senior full-stack developer and technical reference for the team
- Coaching junior and medior developers and performing code reviews
- Designing, developing, and maintaining applications using Java, Angular, SQL, and optional technologies (ng-grid, AWS, Python)
- Analyzing user needs and translating them into efficient technical solutions
- Coordinating development tasks, delegating work, and supporting the Delivery Manager in planning
- Resolving complex technical issues and guiding the team through challenges
- Ensuring software quality, maintainability, performance, and security
- Supervising system modifications, updates, and lifecycle activities
- Conducting security checks and identify areas for improvement
- Communicating regularly with internal stakeholders regarding expectations and progress
Qualifications
Your Profile
- University degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
- A true team player, eager to share knowledge and support colleagues.
- Fluent in English, with strong communication and coordination skills.
- Proactive, structured, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
- Strong sense of quality, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset.
- Customer-oriented, solution-driven, and continuously seeking improvement.
Technical Skills
Solid experience with:
- Java backend development
- Angular frontend development
- SQL (database modeling, stored procedures, optimization)
- Strong understanding of full‑stack architecture and modern development practices.
Knowledge of the following would be considered an asset:
- ng-grid (or similar grid libraries)
- AWS cloud development (Lambda, S3, EC2…)
- Python for automation, scripting, or integration tasks
