Job Description

At Arctic Wolf, you won’t just watch the cybersecurity industry evolve – you'll help lead the change. Our global Pack is made up of people who thrive on solving hard problems, moving fast, and building technology that protects organizations around the world. We’re proud to be recognized by Forbes, CNBC, Fortune, CRN, Bartner Peer Insights and IDC MarketScape – but what matters most is the work behind it: delivering real outcomes for customers through award winning innovation like our Aurora Platform.

If you’re looking for meaningful work, smart teammates and the chance to make a real impact in a high-growth company that’s redefining security operations, Arctic Wolf is the right place for you!

Our mission is simple: End Cyber Risk. We’re looking for a Developer to be part of making that happen.

ABOUT THE ROLE

In this role, you will help design, build, and own mission-critical solutions built for our in-house Security Services teams, enabling them to deliver high value services to our global customers. As a Developer on our team, you will be at the intersection of AI, Big Data, Cloud, and Web development, working with React/Typescript and Go/Python running on AWS.

You will work cross-functionally with UX designers, product managers, and other developers to understand problems, develop solutions in an iterative cycle, and deliver solutions that directly impact our global customers. Your overarching goal is to deliver high-value services that help our Security Services teams protect our customers.

Responsibilities

  •  Collaborate with the cross-functional teams to continuously improve solutions that enhance stakeholder effectiveness and operational efficacy

  • Work with the latest technologies especially AI and broaden your skillset

  • Grow your experience in the Cybersecurity Operations space

  • Watch your work come alive daily through a mature CI/CD pipeline

  • Solve complex engineering challenges related to scalability, reliability, performance, latency, throughput, and cost efficiency in cloud-native environments.

About You

  • Minimum 3 years of professional software development experience

  • Proven experience designing, building, and operating complex web applications at scale.

  • Fluency with AI-assisted development—the ability to effectively integrate AI tools into your workflow while maintaining critical judgment about the output

  • Experience delivering production systems end-to-end and driving complex technical initiatives with a high degree of autonomy.

  • Strong programming skills in one or more languages such as Golang, Python, or Java.

  • Experience building and deploying services in cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

  • Proficiency with modern containerized technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes.

  • Comfortable working within microservices architectures and CI/CD environments.

  • Experience with technologies such as Apache Kafka, or similar event-streaming and messaging platforms is an asset.

  • Enjoy working in a collaborative environment as a part of a team

  • Experience building and delivering full applications, including implementing complex designs in a systematic and organized manner, writing well organized, testable, and high performing code and bug-fixing and on-going maintenance

On-Camera Policy
To support a fair, transparent, and engaging interview experience, candidates interviewing remotely are expected to be on camera during all video interviews. Being on camera fosters authentic connection, improves communication, and allows for full engagement from both candidates and interviewers. We understand that technical, bandwidth, or location-related challenges may occasionally prevent video use. If this applies, candidates are required to notify us in advance so we can explore appropriate accommodations.
