角色描述：

• Be able to independently manage for chemical & essence project and site construction management. Focusing on delivering the best possible outcome from our client’s investment.

  能够独立管理日化/香精项目的现场施工管理，致力于为客户带来最佳投资回报。

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of project delivery. Meet customer expectations in every interaction with them and receive the positive feedback from client.

  协调项目交付的各个方面，达到客户服务标准并的到客户的积极反馈。

• Manage and coordinate all phase of project deliveries. Be able to implement the best industry practice.

  协调项目交付的各个阶段，执行行业最佳实践。

• Deliver the best possible outcomes from investment and expenditure, to the expected standards whilst maintaining business continuity and customer satisfaction that responds to the business need.

  在满足投资和开支的前提下，交付最佳结果，同时就业务的需要，保持业务持续性和客户满意度。

• Manage and coordinate with other consultants and contractors.

  管理和协调其他顾问和承建商。

• Assist line manager in improving the service financial performance throughout the project delivery.

通过项目交付协助直线经理提升服务财务业绩。

• Create project and design brief

  撰写项目和设计概要

• Coordinate the project related government approval process

  协调与项目相关的政府报审报批工作

• Coordinate design development process and VE session 

  协调设计进展过程和变更

• With guidance from SPM or HoCS, propose the tailor-made procurement strategy to client. Coordinate project procurement plan according to each project unique requirement. Control scope of service for each package.

  依据各项目的特殊要求，协调项目采购计划。控制各个项目包的服务范围；

• Coordinate internal or external QS for project cost control

  协调内部或外部工料测量师，以控制项目成本

• Develop project schedule, update implementation plan and in accordance with the progress of the project

  制定项目进度计划，并根据项目进展情况更新执行计划

• Host the meeting with clients

  主持与各协作单位的工作会议

• Management and coordination with client for the job follow-up and implementation

  管理协调各协作单位的工作跟进与落实

• Understand the specification and requirements relating to approval during the development process

  了解项目开发过程中有关报批的规范及要求

• Manage the tendering process

  管理招标过程

• Management and control project risks

  管理控制项目风险

• Conduct tendering process

  开展项目招标

• Coordinate project testing, commissioning and handover 

  协调项目测试、调试和移交

• Innovation & creativity of service and knowledge.

  服务和知识的创新和创造

• Complete project closure (e.g. as-built, handover/defects list/acceptance/client feedback)

  完成项目收尾工作（例如竣工、移交/缺陷列表/验收/客户反馈）

• Work collaboratively with other Project Managers to manage related issues

资格和经验：

• Bachelor’s degree. Major in engineering or project management

  本科以上学历，工程或项目管理专业。

• 10+ years experiences in project management for fine chemical projects, process background is preferred

  10年以上精细化工项目的项目经验，有工艺背景尤佳

• Good knowledge of international and Chinese code and regulation

  熟悉国际和中国的规范和法规

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  优秀的组织能力并关注细节

• Has on-site experience

  有现场工作经验

• Be able to multitask and manage priorities

  具有分清轻重缓急处理多项事务的能力

• Pro-active approach - able to identify areas of need

  能够前瞻性地发现工作需要

• Be able to adopt change according to company business plan

• Good English, both spoken and written
