Junior Electrical engineer

Role accountabilities:

• Being part of the digitalization and prepare the as built drawings and documents for HV and LV distribution networks and associated infrastructure and buildings. 
• Do engineering design wherever needed for the above networks and associated infrastructure and buildings under the supervision of an experienced engineer. 
• Do sketches, 3D modeling, diagrams, schematic drawings, and final working drawings and as built drawings. 
• Build proficiency in AutoCAD, ELCAD, and other software used in the Digitilation process.
• Preparing all the necessary drawings for the specific phase of projects (report, 2D plans, 3D Models, schematics, sections).

Qualifications & Experience:

Mandatory:

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
• Strong knowledge of design software (e.g., AutoCAD)
• Candidate to have problem solving skills, creativity, to show proactivity and analytical skills. 
• Good planning, organizational, and communication skills are necessary for success in this position.
• To show interest in personal and professional growth, in a challenging, rewarding, and competitive professional environment.
• Strong English language skills.

Nice to have:

• Master’s degree in engineering 
• Knowledge of ELCAD 
• Familiar with national norms and standards related to Electrical distribution systems.
• Candidate to show out-of-the box thinking to identify any opportunities for automation or innovation. 
• Professional approach to time, costs, and deadlines.
• Dutch language skills

• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, are important for collaborating with clients, architects, project managers, and other stakeholders throughout the digitalization process. 

Additional requirement: 

• To be based in IASI, Romania
• 100% Working form office as required by project norms.
