Project Engineer（CSA/MEP）

• To provide general engineering and administrative support to the project team.

• The role will also require the individual to work closely with the Support Team to provide general secretarial and administrative support to the overall business.与支持团队紧密合作，为整体业务提供秘书和行政支持

• Organize team travel arrangements

组织团队差旅行程安排

• Preparation of agenda / papers for circulation at meetings / minutes / reports

安排会议议程，并记录会议纪要或报告

• Ensure all Marketing and Sales material issued is of high standard

确保所有提供的招投标及营销都符合高标准

• Support team in ensuring that all compliance processes are followed (e.g.: SDMP, SDR, Agresso etc.)

支持团队，确保所有管理流程的执行（例如：SDMP、SDR、Agresso等）

• Compiling reports and presentations for the team

为团队编写及准备报告和演示文稿

• Responsible for ensuring all documents issued to clients (reports, emails, memos, letters proposals) are of high quality (check spelling, layout, presentation, formatting etc.), standardised where possible and meet the Arcadis’ s brand standards’ (Arcadis colours, font, formatting, logos etc.)

• Fully understand and own the Arcadis formatting brand standards for all output issued externally

• University degree or above

专科及以上学历

• 5~10 years of related working experience

5~10年相关工作经验

• Good English and Mandarin, fluent spoken English is preferred

良好的英语和普通话，英语口语流利者优先

• Very familiar with Microsoft Office applications

• Well organized and able to multi-task, possess extreme attention to details
