As part of the Technical Tendering team, you'll be responsible for the thermodynamic selection of the best solution for the customer, including cycle optimization for customer benefit. You'll ensure the offering is competitive and technically feasible by applying company standards and software engineering methodologies.

Main responsibilities:

• Perform activities related to thermodynamic calculations (module selections, steam path within applicable ranges) for Steam Turbine selection, as well as the Water Steam Cycle compiled in Heat Balances in the field of SMR and IST.
• Apply different customer operating regimes, i.e. district heating / process steam.
• Understand customer expectations regarding performance and cycle optimization and translate them into a competitive solution.
• Utilize in‑depth knowledge of a technical discipline,  insightful thinking, and technical experience to execute policy and strategy.
• Apply knowledge of best practices and how the area integrates with others; remain aware of competitors and the factors that differentiate them in the market.
• Recognize technical risks and address them.
• Exercise judgment and propose solutions outside standard parameters when beneficial to the customer.
• Use technical experience and intuitive thinking, drawing on multiple internal and limited external sources to support paths forward.
• Act as a resource for colleagues with less experience and potentially coordinate small, low‑risk projects.
• Explain information clearly and help bring team members to consensus on topics within the field.
• Conduct technical reviews within the area of expertise while collaborating with a wider international team.
• Convey performance expectations and handle sensitive issues as required.
• Self‑plan effectively and deliver according to commitments made.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
• 10 years of experience in similar role as Thermodynamics Engineer, having also experience with district heating and process steam application
• Fluent in English in writing and verbally.
