L’Ingénieur(e) Produit Tuyauterie et/ou Vannes est responsable de l’émission et du suivi des spécifications techniques relatives à la tuyauterie et/ou aux vannes, conformément aux exigences du projet et du contrat.

Il/Elle garantit la conformité aux :

• Règles Qualité, EHS et de Sûreté Nucléaire de l’entreprise.
• Processus, procédures, règles de conception et outils définis dans les référentiels applicables.



The Piping and/or Valves Product Engineer is responsible to issue & follow technical
specifications for piping and/or valves as per project & contract requirements in compliance
with :

-the Quality, EHS and Nuclear Safety rules from the business, sector and corporate
within his/ her area of responsibility.
-the requirements of the processes, procedures, design rules and application of tools
as defined in the process maps and related instructions.

Le département Arrangement, Tuyauterie & Génie Civil fait partie de la Direction Ingénierie de l’organisation Nuclear New Build.

Il assure la réalisation des activités d’Arrangement, Tuyauterie & Génie Civil en conformité avec les exigences GE, projet, réglementaires, codes, standards, contractuelles et locales.
Le département prend en charge l’ensemble des offres et projets en exécution dans le domaine des nouveaux projets nucléaires.

Le groupe Produit Tuyauterie & Vannes fait partie de ce département.

Missions principales

L’Ingénieur(e) Produit Tuyauterie et/ou Vannes assure la gestion technique des packages sous-traités qui lui sont confiés.

Responsabilités

L’Ingénieur(e) Produit Tuyauterie & Vannes est responsable de livrer, dans les délais et avec exactitude, l’ensemble des interfaces d’ingénierie et la documentation associée pour les packages qui lui sont attribués, conformément au contrat projet, aux règles techniques GE, à la Division of Work (DOW), au périmètre, au Engineering Procurement Plan (EPP), au Master Time Schedule et au Project Cost Data Base (PCDB), et ce dans le respect du budget.

Ses activités principales comprennent :

  • Support aux offres :
    • Préparer les BOQ et les spécifications simplifiées.
  • Exécution de projet :
  • Assurer la reprise du projet depuis l’équipe offres.
  • Rédiger les spécifications techniques (niveau 1 / niveau 2 / TTAs).
  • Garantir la conformité contractuelle du niveau 1 jusqu’à la fin du projet.
  • Proposer des optimisations de coûts au PEM lorsque possible.
  • Suivre les exigences techniques émises par le fournisseur après émission du PO.
  • Coordonner avec les autres activités d’ingénierie (internes & externes) pour son périmètre.
  • Utiliser les outils et logiciels internes (AVEVA, MTA, suivi des modifications, PDMS, FSI, DCR, NCR, etc.).
  • Vérifier et commenter les documents émis par les fournisseurs ou demandés par le PEM et le Lead Engineer (y compris les documents d’autres disciplines, comme les P&IDs).
  • Suivre et vérifier les données d’interface (client, partenaires, fournisseurs…).
  • Appliquer les exigences de sûreté nucléaire et les processus associés (gestion ITNS I/A).
  • Alerter le Lead Engineer et le PEM sur toute information manquante impactant son planning.
  • Coordonner avec les Lead Engineers des autres projets.
  • Garantir la conformité de la conception, de la qualité, de la constructibilité et de la fonctionnalité pour son périmètre, au meilleur coût.
  • Identifier, planifier et conduire les Design Reviews et Design Freezes, et assurer la clôture des actions associées.
  • Émettre les demandes d’achat matériel (Material Purchase Requests).
  • Préparer les DPRN pour garantir les releases de conception selon le planning fournisseur.
  • Préparer les EFU (Equipment Follow-Up), valider les données et autoriser l’expédition.
  • Préparer et suivre les aspects techniques des ordres de modification.
  • Représenter son périmètre technique lors des réunions Client/Partenaires.
  • Assurer le retour d’expérience projet.
  • Soutenir les équipes site.
  • Assurer un traitement adéquat des NCR.
  • Compiler la documentation projet pour son périmètre et assurer une bonne archivage.
  • Préparer et émettre les FSI au PEM lorsque nécessaire.
  • Clôturer les punch items en vue des jalons PAC et FAC.
  • Suivre le budget lié à ses activités et identifier les écarts non budgétés.

L’Ingénieur(e) Produit Tuyauterie & Vannes reporte au Lead Engineer Tuyauterie & Vannes.

Il/elle est responsable de l’exactitude du contenu de ses spécifications, de ses réponses techniques, du suivi documentaire et de son planning associé.

    • du suivi et du support aux autres disciplines pour son périmètre.

Formation

Obligatoire :

  • Diplôme d’ingénieur dans le domaine technique concerné
    ou expérience significative équivalente (10 ans)

Primary Activities

Scope

The Arrangement, Piping & Civil department is Part of Engineering department in Nuclear New Build organization.

It ensures that the Engineering function delivers the Arrangement, Piping & Civil in compliance with

the GE, Project, Regulations, Codes and Standards, Contract and Country requirements.

The Department is in charge of all tenders and projects in execution in Nuclear New Build business.

The Piping & Valves Product group is part of this department.

Main Duties

The Piping and/or Valves Product Engineer has the responsibility of the technical management of all subcontracted package which have been assigned to him.

Responsibilities

The Piping and/or Valves Product Engineer is responsible for the on-time, correct and complete

delivery of the engineering interfaces and associated documentation for the equipment packages

assigned to them according to the Project Contract, GE technical rules, Division of Work (DOW) &

scope, Engineering Procurement Plan (EPP), Master Time Schedule and Project Cost Data Base

(PCDB) within budget. The main activities include:

Support Tendering :

  • Prepare BOQ and simplified specification

Execution of project:

  • Take over the project from tendering

  • Prepare technical specifications (level1 / level2 / TTAs)

  • Ensure contract compliance from level 1 to the end of execution.

  • Propose to the project (PEM) cost saving when possible.

  • Follow up of the technical requirements issued by the supplier once PO issued

  • Coordinate with other engineering activities (internal/external) in regards with his scope.

  • Use appropriate company tools & software (AVEVA, MTA, modifications follow up, PDMS,

    FSI, DCR, NCR, …).

  • Check & comment documents issued by suppliers or required by the PEM and the Piping

    and/or Valves Lead Engineer (in particular those issued by other disciplines such as PIDS).

  • Follow up & checking interfaces data with client, partners, equipment supplier,…

  • Applying the nuclear safety requirements and associated processes (ITNS-I/A management).

  • Report to Piping and/or Valves Lead Engineer and PEM any missing information impacting

    his work or schedule.

    • Coordinate with the other projects Lead Engineers.

  • Ensure fulfilment of design, quality, constructability and functionality of this scope of supply

    and services at the best cost according to the project and contractual requirements.

  • Identify, plan and conduct Design Reviews and the Design Freeze and ensure that corrective actions defined by the Design Reviews are closed on time

  • Issue of the Material Purchase Requests

  • Prepare DPRN to ensure design release according to supplier schedule

  • Prepare EFU (Equipment Follow Up ) with supplier and validate to authorize the shippement

  • Prepare and follow-up the technical aspect of variation orders for his/her scope of work.

  • Represent his/her engineering scope of supply and services during Customer/Partner

    meetings.

  • Ensure experience feedback from the project.

  • Support the site ;

  • Ensure a proper processing of NCR’s.

  • Compile the project documentation of his scope and organize a proper archiving.

  • Prepare and release FSI’s to the PEM when required.

  • Close-out punch items to obtain PAC and FAC.

  • Monitore budget related to his tasks and track non budgeted items.

The Piping and/or Valves Product Engineer reports to the Piping and/or Valves Product Lead

Engineer.

He shall be accountable for the correctness of his specifications, technical replies and for the correctness of his document follow-up schedule.

  • Minimum engineering degree appropriate to the technical activity involved or recognized long years of relevant experience (10 years)
