YOUR ROLE

As a Technical Leader - AUTOSAR Integration (ADAS), you will lead the design, integration, and delivery of AUTOSAR-based software solutions for advanced driver assistance and autonomous driving platforms. You will drive technical decisions, mentor engineering teams, and collaborate closely with global customers and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful integration of software products into automotive ECUs.

Responsibilities

· Lead AUTOSAR integration activities including ARXML development, RTE generation, SWC integration, and BSW configuration for ADAS products.

· Own technical architecture, system design reviews, and integration strategies for customer programs, ensuring scalability, performance, and compliance with automotive standards.

· Guide and mentor software engineers on AUTOSAR concepts, multicore architectures, software quality, debugging techniques, and best development practices.

· Collaborate with customers, product teams, architects, and program managers to analyze requirements, define technical solutions, and resolve complex integration issues.

· Drive software lifecycle activities including ASPICE SWE.1-SWE.6 compliance, code reviews, defect resolution, CI/CD implementation, MISRA adherence, and release management.

YOUR BACKGROUND

· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, Robotics, Computer Science, or a related discipline with 8-14 years of automotive embedded software experience.

· Deep expertise in AUTOSAR Architecture, ARXML integration, RTE generation, BSW development, system configuration, and software component integration.

· Strong experience in ADAS, Autonomous Driving, Automotive ECU Software Development, and customer-facing integration projects.

· Hands-on expertise with CAN, LIN, Diagnostics, Memory Stack, OS, Watchdog, Vector DaVinci tools, CANoe, debuggers, and multicore software architecture.

· Strong programming skills in Embedded C/C++, Python scripting, build frameworks (Bazel, CMake, Make), and version control systems such as Git and Gerrit.

· Experience leading technical teams, conducting design reviews, mentoring engineers, and driving technical excellence across multiple projects.

· Proven experience with ASPICE, CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, software quality processes, MISRA compliance, unit testing, code profiling, and performance optimization.
