Senior Implemantation DevSecOps Engineer

Job Description

YOUR ROLE:

• Collaborate closely with software engineering teams to prioritize work, estimate effort, and plan sprint‑level deliverables. 

• Coordinate and lead software Proof‑of‑Concepts (POCs) to validate feasibility, scalability, and applicability of solutions. 

• Partner with Program Management and Product teams to track feature development, dependencies, and milestone execution. 

• Identify, evaluate, and actively mitigate project risks; escalate issues when required and drive resolution. 
• Establish and continuously improve project management best practices, tools, and delivery frameworks. 

• Maintain strong, professional relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. 

• Support onboarding scalability and delivery excellence within the SW Performance organization. 

• Use GitHub as a central source code platform, including branching strategies, pull requests, code reviews, and quality enforcement. 

• Design and maintain GitHub‑based CI/CD pipelines

• Coordinate and lead software Proof‑of‑Concepts to validate feasibility, scalability, and applicability of solutions. 

• Drive adoption of successful POC outcomes into production projects and organizational standards. 

• Support scalable onboarding of teams and projects through automation, repository templates, and best practices. 

YOUR BACKGROUND

• Master’s degree in Engineering or related technical field, or equivalent professional experience

• Proven experience delivering complex, international technical or software projects

• Demonstrated ownership of business targets, project execution, and delivery outcomes
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to work effectively in a global, matrixed engineering organization
• Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken)

• Very good knowledge of Git and GitHub.

Nice to have:

• Experience in leading or technically supporting Proof‑of‑Concepts
• Familiarity with Agile, DevSecOps, or hybrid delivery methodologies
• Experience with large‑scale delivery, onboarding, or industrialization initiatives
