Job Description
Responsibilities and duties 岗位职责
• 了解产品失效分析流程与电子元器件工作原理，对不良品进行失效分析，
• 分析PCBA，ICT和FCT测试失效原因
• 分析产品在客户端处失效原因
• 分析ICT测试失效及功能失效产品
• 独立完成FA Report
• 提出SMT制程的改善建议
• 协助解决质量问题
• 支持新项目阶段测试机到厂后的安装，调试和验证等工作
Qualifications / Requirements 任职要求
• 全日制专科及以上学历，电子技术类相关专业，
• 英文读写良好，英文CET-4优
• 至少2年电子产品的维修工作经验， 1年汽车电子产品的维修或产品失效分析工作经验
• 了解SMT制程，具备基本焊接能力
• 熟练操作电脑，熟练使用万用表等测试仪器
• 熟悉电路，能看懂电路图纸
• 接受能力强，具备良好的沟通表达能力，分析问题能力强
• 有责任感，有敬业精神，团队合作精神，能配合加班及短期出差
