Job Description
一、生产线规划
1、 根据公司HV 高压产品线业务需求，规划工厂产能及生产相关设备
2、 根据产能需求，规划人力、设备、设施等资源配置
3、 负责审核生产开发技术要求及投资规划
二、 制造技术研究与应用
1、 组织研究HV 高压产品线压接、焊接，热缩、拧紧、组装、泄露、耐压及绝缘测试等相关制造技术，了解行业前沿水平
2、 结合公司HV 高压产品线业务发展需求，及时、有效应用新制造技术，提升工厂制造水平
3、 组织相关技术人员攻关生产过程中的制造技术难题，推进新工艺、新技术、新材料的应用
三、 新项目过程工艺开发及优化
1、 负责HV 高压产品线工艺布局设计并组织实施
2、 负责HV 高压产品线生产直接相关的设备选型及引进
3、 负责产线线平衡设计及优化，根据产量需求及时调整生产节拍，评估、提升生产效率
4、 组织编制、发放现场工艺文件及工时核定
5、 负责工具、工装的设计、发放、应用、优化及管理
6、 负责相关制造系统维护
