Our AI recruiter can be customized to your roles in minutes and has already conducted thousands of interviews across engineering, IT, retail, hospitality, and more.

What would I do?

In summary, you’ll be placed into parts of the business that require immediate attention, reporting directly to the CEO. For example, one week you’ll be a growth marketing lead responsible for delivering on a LinkedIn strategy, and the next you’ll be an account manager working with our largest customers.

Sales: Work with our customers to better understand their needs and fix their problems.

Growth: Lead growth experiments and better understand what GTM avenues work.

Marketing: Produce various forms of content (demo videos, blog posts, product documentation, conference materials, and more).

CEO extension: Support the CEO in anything and everything strategically and operationally.

Is this right for me?

You’re a great fit if you’re:

A multitasker. Do you enjoy working on ten different things at once and push them all through to the finish line?

Productive and results-oriented. Do you hate wasting time and get things done on time?

A fast learner. Are you able to be thrown into any situation, learn quickly, and produce results?

An effective communicator. Do you speak efficiently and listen closely, not only when collaborating with the team but when engaging with other important stakeholders, like customers?

Independent: Are you comfortable working independently and able to build from the ground up?

Why shouldn’t I apply?

You’re probably not a great fit if you:

Need stability and a traditional work environment. We’re a fast-growing startup and this role won’t be your average 9 to 5.

Aren’t interested in AI technologies or the hiring space. If you’re not genuinely interested in our product or our customers, the opportunity isn’t the right one for you.

Don’t thrive under pressure. As a scaling startup, Apriora can be stressful and many tasks will compete for your attention. You’ll be expected to balance and deliver on a lot.
