Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications across both frontend and backend systems.
• Build responsive, intuitive, and user-friendly interfaces using modern frontend technologies.
• Develop robust backend services, APIs, and integrations to support business requirements.
• Translate product requirements, UI/UX designs, and wireframes into high-quality, maintainable code.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, security, and reliability across the full technology stack.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and backend services that support frontend applications and third-party integrations.
• Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to define, build, and deliver impactful features.
• Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical decision-making and system design.
• Maintain and evolve application architecture to ensure long-term scalability, maintainability, and extensibility.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions with a focus on system stability.
• Contribute ideas and actively participate in brainstorming sessions to improve products, processes, and engineering standards.
• Strong problem solving.

Technical Skills Required

Frontend

• HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript
• React.js, Next.js
• Responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
• Frontend performance optimization and component-driven development

Backend

• Node.js, Express.js
• RESTful API design and development
• Authentication and authorization (JWT, OAuth, RBAC)
• Backend performance optimization and scalability

Databases

• MongoDB or similar databases
• Database design, indexing, and query optimization

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
• Proven expertise in React.js, TypeScript, and modern frontend development practices.
• Strong experience building backend services using Node.js and related frameworks.
• Strong understanding of frontend and backend architecture patterns.
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Understanding of security, scalability, performance optimization, and system design principles.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound technical decisions.
• Experience working in agile product development environments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
