Key Responsibilities

Technical Marketing

  • Develop and execute technical marketing strategies that strengthen the company’s technology leadership, market positioning, and thought leadership within the semiconductor industry.

  • Translate complex technologies, innovations, and industry trends into compelling technical narratives, executive communications, and customer-facing content.

University Relations

  • Build and manage strategic partnerships with universities, research institutes, and academic leaders to expand talent, research, and innovation opportunities.

  • Drive industry-academia collaboration through joint research programs, technical seminars, curriculum partnerships, publications, and student engagement initiatives.

Industry Relations & Technical Leadership

  • Establish and strengthen relationships with industry associations, government organizations, ecosystem partners, and external technical communities.

  • Identify and drive opportunities to showcase the company's technical leadership through conferences, keynote presentations, technical publications, speaking engagements, symposiums, and executive forums.

Strategy, Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis

  • Monitor technology trends, emerging research, customer priorities, industry developments, and competitive activities to generate actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.

  • Provide market, technology, and competitive intelligence to support business planning, executive communications, and long-term growth strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.

  • 10+ years of experience in Technical Marketing, Industry Relations, University Relations, or related functions.

  • Strong understanding of semiconductor technologies, industry trends, and market dynamics.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

  • Engineering background preferred
