Technical Product Support Engineer | 产品技术支持工程师 (Hefei | 合肥)

主要职责：

Main Responsibilities:

• 为客户服务团队提供现场或远程支持，包括设备技术支持和解决方案、设备升级改造及新设备/新功能的导入
• Provide on-site or remote support to the customer service team, including equipment technical support and solutions, equipment upgrades, and the introduction of new equipment/features.
• 解决设备在客户端遇到的疑难问题，并对解决问题的方案（BKM）进行整理归档
• Resolve complex issues encountered with equipment at client sites and document the solutions (Best Known Methods).
• 与BU 工程部门进行沟通，参与必要的技术文档编写、提供应用与测试方案等
• Communicate with the BU engineering department, participate in necessary technical documentation writing, and provide application and testing plans.

岗位要求：

Job Requirements:

• 硕士及以上学历，机械电子工程、材料工程、自动化、光学、微电子、材料科学、航空航天等专业
• Master’s degree or above in fields such as Mechanical and Electronic Engineering, Materials Engineering, Automation, Optics, Microelectronics, Materials Science, or Aerospace.

• 优秀的中英文沟通技巧和演示表达能力，良好的人际交往能力及客户导向理念
• Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English, strong presentation abilities, and good interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset.

• 独立分析、解决问题的能力
• Ability to independently analyze and solve problems.

• 可接受50-60%的国内外出差比例
• Willingness to accept 50-60% domestic and international travel.
