We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Software QA Tech Lead to join our multi-disciplinary scrum team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the QA discipline in the team, ensuring that all software features and versions meet the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in software testing and quality assurance, as well as experience in leading and promoting QA processes and procedures across the team.

Our multi-disciplinary group is responsible for developing new capabilities for the ICAPS domain .

What you'll be doing:

As the Software QA Tech Lead, you will be responsible for leading the QA discipline within our team. You will work closely with the developers, QA engineers, automation developers and other stakeholders to ensure that all software products meet the highest quality standards. Some of the key responsibilities you will have include:

  • Driving the development, implementation, and maintenance of software testing processes and procedures
  • Collaborating with development teams to identify and resolve defects
  • Monitoring and reporting on testing progress and results
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest software testing trends and technologies
  • Collaborating with the developers to ensure the quality of the software
  • Mentoring and training other members of the team
  • Constantly looking for ways to improve the QA process and work closely with the scrum team to identify areas for improvement

What you should have?

To be considered for this role, you should have the following qualifications and experience:

  • An in-depth knowledge and experience in testing multi-disciplinary systems in a medium-large scale company.
  • A bachelor's degree or practical engineer in one of the scientific fields
  • At least 5 years of experience in software quality assurance
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
  • Strong technical skills in software testing and quality assurance
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle
