What you'll be doing:
- Be a part of a multidisciplinary team where teamwork and collaboration are key to success.
- Identify & research best-fit architectural solutions and technologies.
- Lead the architecture and design of a next generation system, provide regular support/guidance to project teams on complex coding, issue resolution and execution.
- Own technical backlog, including Innovation, Refactoring and Technical Debt.
- Interact with multiple stakeholders to understand, define and challenge requirements for breakthrough product/solutions. (scientist / product / field & system engineers)
- Work with teams across the globe to bring the best solution to the market
- Lead and groom fellow developers and tech leads

What you should have?
- BSc. or MSc. in Computer Engineering or Computer Science
- 12+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, at least 5 years with (Java/C#)
- Experience working in Linux, Windows, and k8 environments.
- Experience with all aspects of Software Architecture including design patterns, reliability, performance, volatility and observability.
- Experience deploying production-grade solution in non-cloud environment
- Experiences in technology research and technology selection
- Familiar with modern DevOps practice and ability to establish CI/CD process
- Knowledge and experience with semiconductor manufacturing equipment world - a big plus
- Ability to lead and mentor development teams
