Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination & Execution

  • Support specific project and program objectives by coordinating milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Ensure all assigned projects are completed in accordance with predefined requirements, including cost, resource utilization, schedules, and process specifications.
  • Assist in preliminary planning activities such as outcome definition, viability assessments, and resource planning.
  • Maintain accurate documentation across all project phases and ensure timely communication of project information to relevant stakeholders.

Process Management & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with company policies related to documentation, confidentiality, safety, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams within AGS such as Operations, DEG, Marketing, Communications, Finance and HR for various process improvement projects.

Data & Resource Support

  • Support data collection and analysis for systems and processes, financial resources, and project tracking.
  • Monitor project metrics, track progress, escalate risks, and support corrective actions when needed.

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Work closely with internal partners to ensure alignment and smooth project execution.
  • Assist in organizing meetings, preparing reports, tracking action items, and coordinating follow-ups.

General Administrative & Operational Support

  • Assist with onboarding activities such as workspace readiness, access management, and documentation.
  • Coordinate facilities‑related needs including meeting room readiness, safety protocols, and office logistics.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, signage, or other project communication materials.
  • Track repetitive operational issues and escalate to the right teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Operations, or a related field.
  • 7 to 10 years of experience in project management, PMO coordination, business operations, or similar roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in large global organizations or matrix environments.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
  • Experience coordinating with cross‑functional teams such as HR, Finance, Legal, Trade, Site Operations.
  • Basic understanding of process improvement, reporting, or operational workflows.
