Tasks and Responsibilities:

• NPI (new product introduction) project lead is responsible for introduction of the new Electron-optical products into the serial production
• Coordinates activities between different stakeholders: Research & Development, Configuration Management, Planning, Purchasing, Quality & Engineering
• Creates project schedules/plans for NPI phase (transfer from R&D to Operations
• Ensures project timelines are kept and the product gets introduced with the according OMS documentation, jigs, tools, spare-parts, coordinates trainings intern & extern (suppliers)
• Supports R&D during prototype phase, ensure close cooperation and information is transferred into operations, participates in R&D design reviews
• PLC management & monitoring of product manufacturing readiness
• Close cooperation with customer (PDC), elaborates the status reports, participates on Gate submissions
• Maps Bill of material (BOM), maintains change requests and executes change control processes including Non-Standard Requests (NSRs), Engineering Change Orders (ECOs)
• Drives cost, quality, and cycle time goals

• tragen Sie dazu bei, zukünftige Microchip-Generationen noch leistungsfähiger zu machen
• tragen Sie dazu bei, unsere High-End-Produkte zu verbessern
• sind Sie für die Einführung der neuen elektronenoptischen Produkte in die Serienproduktion verantwortlich

• unterstützen Sie die Forschung und Entwicklung während der Prototypenphase und nehmen an Forschungs- und Entwicklungsprüfungen teil
• überwachen Sie die Produktfertigungsbereitschaft (PLC – Product life cycle)

• kommunizieren Sie mit unseren internationalen Partnern
• arbeiten Sie die Statusberichte aus
• verwalten Sie Änderungsanforderungen und Änderungsaufträge (ECOs)
• steigern Sie die Kosten- und Qualitätsziele sowie die Durchlaufzeiten

Das bringen Sie idealerweise mit:

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im Ingenieurwesen
• Berufserfahrung 2-4 Jahre
• Grundkenntnisse der in der Halbleiterausrüstungsindustrie eingesetzten Technologien
• Erfahrung mit Elektronenoptik, Hochvakuumtechnik und Maschinenbau ist wünschenswert
• Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit einem internationalen Team
• Organisationstalent und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
• Analytisches Denken und Spaß an unkonventionellen Lösungen
• Kommunikation, Kundenorientierung
• Gute Kenntnisse der MS-Office-Anwendungen, SmarTeam/SAP
• Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Bereitschaft zur Übernahme von Verantwortung
• Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen in begrenztem Rahmen
