We are seeking a talented and motivated Software Engineer with passion for DevOps to join our team responsible for building the next gen infrastructure to support the development of Applied Materials next gen products.

What you'll be doing:
As a DevOps engineer in Applied Materials on Genesis project, you will join a team that is responsible for our next generation SW products.
You will work in a dynamic environment, building and maintaining development processes both on prem and in the cloud, using modern state of the art solutions and technologies.
What should you have?
At least 4 years of experience as a Software Engineer
Strong orientation to DevOps tools, culture, and methodologies
Strong coding experience in Python
Familiarity with Networking, Linux administration and Windows (Advantage).
Familiarity with CI/CD system such Azure DevOps (an advantage)/Jenkins/Gitlab/
Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes
Working with tools such as GIT, Gitlab, Jenkins, Nexus, Artifactory.
System monitoring and centralized logging platform (Prometheus, ELK) - An advantage
Familiarity with Configuration Management tools and Infrastructure as Code:(Terraform, ansible, Helm) - An advantage
Ability to write documents specs, maintenance procedures.
Ability to write testing script for infrastructures.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead the DevOps development in the team and work alongside the DevOps group in the organization.
Sense of urgency and the ability to work under pressure and deliver projects on time.
