Job Description Summary

Requires in-depth knowledge and experience. Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services. Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions. Works independently, receives minimal guidance. Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.

Key Responsibilities

• At least +6 years semiconductor experience.
• Semiconductor process/hardware experience is preferred
• Strong understanding on semiconductor tools and solving tool process/hardware issue using tool sensor data and advanced algorithm.
• In depth data analysis capabilities is required, Direct experience of algorithm writing (e.g., R, Python) and application development skills required.
• Engage on service product development including NPI alpha in lab and optimization at customer sites. 
• Deploy New service products to solve customer HVPs in troubleshoot issues in fabs and validate value in the field.
• Lead and support projects to deliver to KPIs for success at customer site.
• Communicate clearly and timely to both internal and external customers on progress vs plan, results, next steps, and help needed. 
• Document BKMs and procedures to help develop training material and train the trainer.
• Travel to international locations at ~25%.Functional Knowledge
