You bring to Applaudo the following competencies:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field.
• Advanced English
• 3+ years of professional experience using Azure.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Azure services, Virtual Machine in Azure, Virtual Network Configuration
• Knowledge in design patterns such as: Iaas, Paas and Saas
• Experience with Openshift, Jenkins and Bitbucket Pipeline
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge in infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible, etc.).
• Best practices for version management and source code control using Git.

You will be accountable for the following responsibilities:

• Automation of tasks related to provisioning resources on Azure. 
• Enablement and provisioning of resources on Azure. 
• Configuration of Virtual Networks and Firewall rules. 
• Consume REST API’s. 
• Troubleshooting of problems related to configuration of CI/CD. 
• Optimize cost of resources with the implementation of new efficient solutions. 
• Experience with agile development processes to meet requirements and follow through with the implementation. 
• Plan and conduct game days to test and enhance the code and diagrams 
• Propose the best practice approaches in terms of architecture design, security, naming conventions, governance, etc 
• Support CI/CD lifecycle 
• Take ownership of the Azure environment assigned
