What the role actually looks like

This is not a place where engineering sits separately from the business.

Small cross-functional teams own their work end-to-end, from identifying problems and shaping solutions to shipping and operating them in production.

Engineers here work closely with product, data and commercial teams to solve real-world problems across:

• Payments

• Customer experience

• Operational tooling

• Internal AI systems

• Scaling infrastructure across markets

There’s very little ticket-pushing and very few handoffs.

We value people who can think independently, make sound tradeoffs and move things forward without unnecessary complexity.

We also use AI heavily in day-to-day engineering work and product development.

AI and machine learning have been part of Anyfin since the beginning, originally through credit assessment models, and increasingly across operations, tooling and product experiences.

Today we work with multiple frontier models, build internal AI tooling and agent infrastructure, and are investing heavily in AI-powered financial experiences.
