The Role:

As a Member of Technical Staff in AI Research, you'll tackle the hardest problems in the healthcare administration space. You’ll play a critical role in building and scaling the core AI abstractions that power rapid iteration and deployment of Anterior's products. . You’ll work closely with clinical scientists and product teams to take advanced research concepts to production.

What You’ll Do:

• Solve complex challenges in the healthcare domain by applying frontier research to build accurate, reliable, and explainable AI solutions.

• Conduct research inspired by real-world product challenges, delivering practical, state-of-the-art solutions.

• Train, and evaluate Anterior’s family of clinical reasoning models.

• Design robust data pipelines to ensure high-quality training and evaluation for models.

About You:

• Proficient in Python, Golang, or Rust with a proven track record of building high-quality software.

• Strong understanding of distributed data processing and large-scale system architecture.

• Some experience working with large language models (e.g., OAI, Anthropic, Mistral) and smaller language models (e.g., Llama, Phi).

• Ability to navigate complex problems and effectively communicate solutions.

• Highly motivated, curious, and prefer fast, iterative collaboration over extensive solo projects.

Strong Candidates may also:

• Have authored research papers in ML

• Have experience building explainable, fault-tolerant AI systems
