Role Summary
We are looking for a Platform Enablement / DevOps Engineer to help build and operate the internal developer platform and CI/CD ecosystem that powers engineering delivery across the organization. This role focuses on improving developer experience, platform reliability, automation, observability, and cloud-native delivery practices.
You will work closely with software engineering, platform, security, and infrastructure teams to deliver scalable self-service tooling, modern deployment workflows, and operational excellence across multi-cloud environments.
This is a hands-on engineering role suited for someone who enjoys automation, platform engineering, Kubernetes ecosystems, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and observability tooling.
Key Responsibilities
  • Build, maintain, and enhance CI/CD platforms and deployment workflows using tools such as Jenkins, Kargo, ArgoCD, and GitHub.
  • Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Terraform Enterprise.
  • Support Kubernetes-based platform operations including Helm-based deployments and container lifecycle management.
  • Manage and improve developer enablement tooling and internal platform capabilities.
  • Contribute to self-service platform initiatives that improve engineering productivity and reduce operational overhead.
  • Implement and maintain observability solutions using Grafana, Loki, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, and related tooling.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot build, deployment, networking, and runtime issues.
  • Automate operational tasks using scripting and programming languages such as Python, Kotlin, or Bash.
  • Support cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP environments.
  • Participate in platform reliability, incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement activities.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, operational runbooks, and platform standards.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 3–5 years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, SRE, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD concepts and modern software delivery practices.
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • Jenkins
    • ArgoCD and/or Kargo
    • GitHub Enterprise
    • Terraform / Terraform Enterprise
    • Docker and Kubernetes
    • Helm
  • Experience working with at least one major cloud provider:
    • AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Experience with observability and monitoring platforms such as:
    • Grafana
    • Loki
    • Prometheus
    • OpenTelemetry ecosystem
  • Scripting or development experience with Python, Kotlin, Bash, or similar languages.
  • Familiarity with Gradle, Poetry, UV, or modern dependency/build management tooling.
  • Good understanding of Linux systems, networking fundamentals, and cloud-native architectures.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience operating internal developer platforms or shared engineering tooling.
  • Exposure to GitOps deployment models.
  • Experience supporting large-scale engineering organizations.
  • Knowledge of platform security, secrets management, and enterprise integrations.
  • Familiarity with scalable distributed systems and container orchestration patterns.
